Reflection 2.0

This series of paintings was created for an exhibition focused on the city of Tel Aviv and was presented alongside the "Windows" series and the work "Curtain." Here, the exploration of Tel Aviv through windows continues. In these landscapes, many details have been removed to transform the urban elements into playful forms that are both pleasing and inviting. The absence of the city's noise makes it seem quieter and more harmonious, yet at the same time, it raises the question: where are the lives? Upon a closer look, one can discern, beneath the subdued colors, brighter, more vibrant hues that emerge in the boundaries between the color surfaces. This is an invitation to deepen the gaze and search for the different layers of the work, as well as the experience it depicts.
