Revavim

The word "Revavim" in Hebrew is the plural form of "stain" or "mark," though it is more commonly used to denote a flaw or imperfection. These abstract paintings were created as satellite works to the "Windows" series and embody its complete opposite—free unplanned movement, wildness, and rawness. Unlike the urban landscapes, which were refined into meticulously clean compositions, these paintings draw inspiration from the expanses of nature. They serve as a mirror image of urban life experiences. Here the disruptions, the mess and the dirt become harmonious, inviting the imagination to take flight.
